EnSilica has been notified that, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Noel Hurley, a non-executive director of the Company, was a director of Bodle Technologies Limited, at the time it was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation on 27 May 2022.
