Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that:

As at 31 October 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,897,096,698 Ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each. The Company holds 25,000,000 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,872,096,698. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
