Director/PDMR Shareholding

Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"):

The Buckee Family No.2 Trust, a discretionary Trust in which Dr Jim Buckee has a potential beneficial interest at the discretion of the trustee, notified the Company on 9 October 2014 that it had purchased 132,521 Shares in aggregate on the London Stock Exchange on and up to 9 October 2014 at an average price of 90.10 pence per share, totalling 0.02% of the share capital of the Company. Additionally, The Buckee Family Settlement, a discretionary Trust in which Dr Jim Buckee has a potential beneficial interest at the discretion of the trustee, notified the Company on 9 October 2014 that it had purchased 430,697 Shares in aggregate on the London Stock Exchange on and up to 9 October 2014 at an average price of 90.10 pence per share, totalling 0.05% of the share capital of the Company.  

Prior to this transaction, both The Buckee Family No. 2 Trust and The Buckee Family Settlement held zero Shares in the Company. The total holding of The Buckee Family No. 2 Trust following the transaction is 132,521 Shares, being 0.02% of the share capital of the Company and the total holding of The Buckee Family Settlement following the transaction is 430,697 Shares, being 0.05% of the share capital of the Company.

Dr Jim Buckee holds 2,048,965 Shares, being 0.26% of the share capital of the Company in his name.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
