Notification of transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

EnQuest PLC were informed on 1 May 2014, by Capita Asset Services, that 39,360 shares previously granted to Faysal Hamza (a PDMR of the Company) on 29 April 2013 under the EnQuest PLC Deferred Bonus Share Plan, vested on 29 April 2014. The 39,360 shares have been retained by Faysal Hamza.

Prior to this transaction, Faysal Hamza held 196,771 shares, representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Faysal Hamza following the transaction is 236,131 shares, representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company.

EnQuest PLC were also informed on 1 May 2014, by Capita Asset Services, that 17,710 shares previously granted to Stefan Ricketts (a PDMR of the Company) on 29 April 2013 under the EnQuest PLC Deferred Bonus Share Plan, vested on 29 April 2014. Of the 17,710 shares released, 8,372 shares were sold for tax purposes at a price of 135.5 pence per share, with the remaining 9,338 shares being retained by Stefan Ricketts.
