Director/PDMR Shareholding

Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the 'Shares'):

Helmut Langanger notified the Company on 1 September 2015 that he had purchased 200,000 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 1 September 2015 at 33.75 pence per share totalling 0.02% of the share capital of the Company.  Prior to this transaction Helmut Langanger held no Shares in the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
