Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies the following purchase of some of the Company's Β£155,245,000 5.50 per cent. Notes due 15 February 2022 (ISIN: XS0880578728, Common Code: 088057872) (together, the "Retail Notes").

The Amjad and Suha Bseisu Foundation, a charitable trust, of which Mr Bseisu is a trustee, notified the Company on 20 March 2015 that it had purchased 300,000 of the Retail Notes at 70 pence per Retail Note, totaling 1.93% of the total Retail Notes. Β

Prior to this transaction, Double A Limited, a discretionary Trust in which the extended family of Amjad Bseisu have a beneficial interest, held 70,892,495 Ordinary Shares of Β£0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"), being 8.83% of the share capital of the Company.
