Total Voting Rights

London, 28 April 2023 - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) today announces the following, in conformity with DTR 5.6.1:

(a) the Company's issued share capital consists of 179,058,946 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights;

(b) the Company does not hold any shares in treasury; and

(c) accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 179,058,946 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
