Results of AGM
London, 13 June 2019 - Energean Oil and Gas plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג), the oil and gas producer focused on the Mediterranean, today announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today at the offices of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DW, all resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed.
Details of the voting by way of a poll at the AGM in respect of each resolution are shown in the table below and will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.energean.com.
