DIRECTOR / PDMR Shareholding
London, 4 April 2024 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect of the vesting of shares for the Company's 2022 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP") relating to the conditional awards announced on 5 April 2022 for the financial year ending 31 December 2021. The vesting of shares for the DBP includes dividend equivalent shares in respect of the interim dividends announced by the Company on 8 September 2022, 17 November 2022, 9 February 2023, 18 May 2023, 7 September 2023, 16 November 2023 and 22 February 2024 and paid on 30 September 2022, 30 December 2022, 30 March 2023, 30 June 2023, 29 September 2023, 29 December 2023 and 29 March 2024 respectively ("Interim Dividends"), and the sale of sufficient shares by certain PDMRs to cover income tax and national insurance liabilities.
