Empresaria Group PLC02 April 2008 Empresaria Group plc Appointment of Group Finance Director Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group"), the international staffingand recruitment specialist, announces the appointment of Stuart CharlesKilpatrick as Group Finance Director. Stuart, aged 45, joins from Elementis plc, the global specialty chemicalscompany, where he held the position of Group Financial Controller and Treasurer.Stuart qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO Binder Hamlyn and has heldsenior finance roles within international businesses, including Charles Baynesplc and Vodafone Group plc. Stuart replaces Nick Hall-Palmer who becomes Group Development Director and Headof UK Operations. The appointment will become effective following thepublication of the preliminary results for 2007, expected to be on 18 April.
