Appointment of Group Finance Director

Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group"), the international specialist staffing services company, announces the appointment of Spencer James Wreford as Group Finance Director.

Spencer, aged 38, joins from BPP Group where he was Finance Director of the Professional Education division. Prior to this role he spent eight years as Deputy Finance Director at ITE Group plc, the international conference and exhibition organising group during which time he also spent a period as Acting Group Finance Director. Spencer qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Spencer replaces Stuart Kilpatrick, who has indicated his intention to accept a role outside of the Group with another listed company. Spencer's appointment will be effective from 4th May.

He inherits a finance function that has been developed and strengthened significantly over the last two years as a direct consequence of the contribution made by Stuart who leaves Empresaria for a new challenge with our gratitude and best wishes."
