EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 1 May 2017 an award of options over 44,518 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company was made to Andy Thorburn (Chief Executive Officer) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options"). The Options granted are nil-cost and exercisable from 1 May 2020 and are subject to performance conditions.
Following the grant of these Options Andy Thorburn hold a total of 44,518 Options over ordinary shares in the Company.
