Transaction in own shares
Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 April 2020 it purchased 786,154 of its ordinary shares with a weighted average price of 129.5773 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$100 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 14 October 2019. The highest price paid per share was 131.00 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 127.20 pence. Details of the relevant repurchase transactions are set out below:

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 50,777,123 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 130.45404 pence per share.
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 52,963,806 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,488,830,964 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
