Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 31 October 2017, Jonathan Sorrell, being a PDMR of the Company, acquired ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company following the exercise of an option granted under the Man Group 2012 Sharesave Scheme .
