London, UK, 21 February 2020 - Man Group plc today announces that Matthew Lester, who has served as an independent Non-Executive Director since 2011, will retire from the Board on 26 February 2020.

John Cryan, Chairman of Man Group, said: "I would like to thank Matthew for his excellent contribution to the firm over the past nine years. We have benefitted tremendously from Matthew's deep financial, risk management and regulatory expertise and his guidance on the firm's governance framework as member of the Audit and Risk Committee. On behalf of the Board, I wish him all the best for the future."

The Company confirms that no other disclosures are required pursuant to LR9.6.13R.
