Operations continue to prepare the wellfor the planned extensive fracture stimulation testing program. A further update will be given when the date for commencement of the fracturestimulation and testing program becomes known. Sugarloaf-1 Well---------------- Since our last report completion tubing has been re-run and testing has justbegun. Early swabbing has recovered hydrocarbons. The significance of thehydrocarbons cannot be determined until the well has stabilized and the test hasrun for an extended period. Further updates will be provided following developments.
