Empyrean Energy plc ("Empyrean" or the "Company"), confirms that it was notified on 4 April 2024 that John Laycock, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 3,100,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.6362p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Laycock has an interest in 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
