Empyrean was notified on 25 June 2010 that Dr Patrick Cross, a director of the Company, has sold a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.02 in the Company, at a weighted average price of 6.50 pence per share.
Following the sale, Dr Cross is directly interested in 340,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition to his direct interests in Ordinary Shares, Dr Cross remains interested in the following options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares:
