Total Voting Rights

Following admission today of 23,529,412 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") following completion of the placing, announced by the Company on 20 April 2015, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital now comprises 59,820,436 Ordinary Shares. The voting rights of all of these Ordinary Shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
