Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
The Board of Electra Private Equity PLC ("Electra") today announces that Gavin Manson has been appointed to the new role of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 8 August 2016. Mr. Manson's role will be to support the Board in relation to the review and to put in place financial reporting and analysis systems and processes for the long term.
Mr Manson is currently Finance Director for Thomas Cook Group's Tour Operations and Hotels and Resorts division, a role he has held since October 2014. Previously he worked as Group Head of Financial Reporting at Thomas Cook Group. He has also held senior finance roles at Premier Farnell, Merck Group, Drambuie Group and Lees Group, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
