Electrica informs that, on 13 December 2019, a fiscal inspection report from the Local Taxes Department within Galati City Hall was communicated to the subsidiary Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord SA. This report established additional payment obligations representing building tax for the period 01.01.2012-31.12.2015 in the total amount of RON 24,831,293, of which principal in amount of RON 12,051,535 and related delay penalties computed as of October 2019, in amount of RON 12,779,758.

Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord SA will challenge the fiscal inspection report using all possible legal actions.
