Elementis plc, global specialty chemicals company, today announces the following change to the Board of Directors:
Having reached the ninth anniversary of her initial appointment to the Board of Elementis plc as an independent non-executive Director, Dorothee Deuring will be retiring from the Board and as a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees on 28 February 2026.
John O'Higgins, Chair of Elementis, said:
"I would like to thank Dorothee for her valued contribution and commitment over nine years on the Board and wish her well for the future."
This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 6.4.6.
