Electric Word PLC06 November 2007 6 November 2007 Electric Word plc Share Option Grants The Board of Electric Word plc announces today a grant of options under theCompany's Share Option Scheme (2000). The options, with an exercise price of 1p,will vest in February 2010 according to criteria related to the Company'searnings per share performance over the previous three financial years. Vestingof the options will be dependent on the Company achieving an average of at least15% annualised adjusted earnings per share growth over the three years toNovember 2009. In order for all of the options to vest, adjusted earnings pershare growth will need to reach 25% per year over the same period.
