Results of the Annual General Meeting
The Board of Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed international construction software specialist, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to Shareholders, not including resolution 8 which was no longer valid and therefore withdrawn, were duly passed.
