Directorate Changes
Eland Oil & Gas PLC (AIM: ELA) today announces that Gilles Krijger will be stepping down from his position on the Board as Executive Technical Director. Mr Krijger will remain with the Company in a senior technical position.
In addition, the Company announces the resignation of Mr James Ede-Golightly from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company to enable him to pursue other business interests.
Eland would like to thank Gilles for his contribution to the Board and thank James for all his work and contribution to the Company since 2012. We wish him well in his future endeavours.
