Elan Corporation PLC03 April 2006 31 March 2006 Brochure of Particulars Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK ListingAuthority for 984,118 ordinary shares of nominal value of €0.05 each in thecapital of Elan Corporation plc to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange andapplication has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London StockExchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. These shares have beenallotted as follows: 100,551 under the Employee Share Purchase Plan, 883,194pursuant to the Elan Corporation plc Stock Option Plan and 373 shares issued toformer Dura shareholders.
