Director/PDMR Shareholding
EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) announces that on 24 May 2019, the Company was notified by Adam Reynolds, Non-executive Director, that he has today sold 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
EKF also announces that on the same date, it was notified by Christopher Mills, Non-executive Chairman, that he has today purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares.
Following the above transactions, further details of which are provided below, Adam Reynolds is now interested in 1,668,613 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital and Christopher Mills is now interested in 136,113,591 Ordinary Shares in aggregate, representing 29.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
Christopher Mills is a partner and Chief Investment Officer of Harwood Capital LLP, which acts as an investment manager to Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") and as an investment adviser to the North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC ("NASCIT"), an investment trust. Oryx (of which Mr. Mills is also a director and shareholder) holds 37,963,591 Ordinary Shares, NASCIT holds 98,000,000 Ordinary Shares and 150,000 Ordinary Shares are held directly by Mr. Mills.
