Corporate Update

As previously communicated, EJF Capital LLC ("EJF"), through its ownership of EJF Investments Manager LLC (the "Investment Manager"), currently absorbs 100% of the recurring operating expenses of EJF Investments Ltd (the "Company"), aside from management and incentive fees. This arrangement is due to expire no earlier than 1 July 2019.

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that with effect from 1 July 2019, EJF has agreed to absorb 90% of the Company's recurring operating expenses, aside from management and incentive fees, through to no earlier than 1 January 2020. This arrangement demonstrates the Investment Manager's and EJF's ongoing commitment to, and alignment with, the Company.
