EES Corporate Trustees Limited (the 'Trustee'), as trustee of the Enterprise Inns 2005 Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP'), notified the Company on the 16th December 2013 of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each (the 'Shares') by the Company's executive directors. This formed part of the 2013 offer to all employees for the financial year beginning 1st October 2013, under which the Company gave participating employees two Matching Shares for each Partnership Share bought by them up to a maximum value of £1,500.00 per annum per employee (plus any residual cash balance held by the Trustee on behalf of the employee), Partnership shares were acquired under the rules of the SIP at £1.371 per share. Matching Shares were acquired for no consideration.
