EES Corporate Trustees Limited (the 'Trustee'), as trustee of the Enterprise Inns 2005 Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP'), notified the Company on the 19th December 2014 of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each (the 'Shares') by an executive director of the Company. This formed part of the 2014 offer to all employees for the financial year beginning 1 October 2014, under which the Company gave participating employees one Matching Share for each Partnership Share bought by them up to a maximum value. Partnership Shares were acquired under the rules of the SIP at £1.068 per share. Matching Shares were acquired for no consideration.
