EFG-Hermes Holding Co. has been notified by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc on behalf of itself and its affiliates (investment advisers to various institutional investors) that the total ownership of their clients (to which they have authority to make trading decisions for and/or vote the shares) has collectively reached 5.18% of EFG-Hermes Holding Company share capital. Please be aware that at the time of notification, on an individual basis no single client of T. Rowe Price owns 5% of the share capital of EFG-Hermes.
This announcement comes as a consequent of receiving notification from T. Rowe Price, Inc. .
