Summary of Resolutions for the Board of Directors Meeting Held on 29/5/2024

Cairo, May 29th, 2024: EFG Holding Board of Directors convened on Wednesday 29/05/2024 at 1:00 p.m. (CLT) and:

1. EFG Holding Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Marwan Elaraby, as member of the Board of EFG Holding and the committees on which he served.

2. The change in the Board constitution resulting from the above resignation is subject to ratification by the forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
