Exercise of Options
As a result of the exercise of share options by an employee, Egdon Resources plc (AIM:EDR) has today issued 77,457 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each. Following this the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 221,423,268 ordinary shares.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to the London Stock Exchange, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 2 September 2016.
The above figure of 221,423,268 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
