Interim Dividends

Due to the delay, caused by Covid, in finalising the Company's annual report & financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2021 ("Annual Report"), the consequent delay in laying the Annual Report before the Company's shareholders and the recent receipt of the proceeds from the sale of the Company's Coolabi holding, the Company's board of directors has resolved to declare two interim dividends in respect of the financial year ended 28 February 2021.

An interim dividend of 20p per H share will be paid on 27 August 2021. The ex-dividend date is 19 August 2021 and the associated record date is 20 August 2021.

An interim dividend of 8.5p per I share will also be paid on 27 August 2021. The ex-dividend date is 19 August 2021 and the associated record date is 20 August 2021.
