Edge Performance VCT PLC30 April 2008 Edge Performance VCT plc30 April 2008TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, EdgePerformance VCT plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following: Edge Performance VCT plc's issued share capital consists of 6,400,640 ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 10p each in the Company with voting rights("Ordinary Shares"); 13,328,599 C shares with a nominal value of 10p each in theCompany with voting rights ("C Shares"); and 18,311,139 D shares with a nominalvalue of 10p each in the Company with voting rights ("D Shares"). EdgePerformance VCT plc does not hold any Ordinary Shares, C Shares, or D Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Edge Performance VCT plc is38,040,378 (the 'Figure'). The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculationsby which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,or a change to their interest in, Edge Performance VCT plc under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
