ELECTROCOMPONENTS PLC ('the Company')

Dealings by Directors/PDMRs

The Company has been notified that the following Director, Mr A Auer, Non Executive Director, acquired on 21 March 2011, 2,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

The shares were acquired at a price of 266.5p. 

Mr Auer now holds 2,500 shares in the Company, which represent less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was notified of this transaction in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
