Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Echo Energy, the Latin American focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Annual Report") have today been published, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM").
The AGM is to be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT at 11:00 a.m. on 5 June 2019.
