Notification made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Eurocell plc, (LSE: ECEL) a market leading, vertically integrated UK manufacturer and distributor of innovative window, door and roofline PVC products, announces that nil-cost options over 388,569 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 9 March to its executive directors and certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") pursuant to the Eurocell plc Performance Share Plan 2015, as outlined in the Company's prospectus dated 4 March 2015.
The nil-cost option grants referred to above comprise the following grants to executive directors and PDMRs:
