Director Dealings
In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed - the Company was notified today that:
- Michael Greenlees, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 56 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase Michael Greenlees has a beneficial interest of 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company; and
- Nick Manning, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 56 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase Nick Manning has a beneficial interest of 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
