New debt facility

The Company announces that it has entered into a new Β£40m debt facility with Barclays Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland. This new facility is to be used to refinance existing debt and also makes funds available for potential strategic acquisitions and working capital requirements.

The new facility also provides for an accordion option whereby the facility may be increased by up to Β£20m to a total commitment of Β£60m.
