Thomson Intermedia PLC08 March 2007 8 March 2007 Thomson Intermedia plc Appointment of Finance Director Thomson Intermedia (AIM: THN), the media insight group, has appointed MichaelUzielli as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 April 2007. Michael Robin Uzielli, aged 36, brings a broad range of operational andfinancial management experience having worked initially in the City and then forsix years at British Airways. He qualified at Deloitte & Touche before joining the corporate financedepartment of Schroders in 1996, now part of Citigroup. Between 2001 and 2003he worked in the British Airways Investment and Joint Ventures unit beforebecoming Finance Manager for Gatwick & the UK Regional Airports. For the lastthree years he has been Finance Director of AIRMILES; within this role he wasalso responsible for a number of operational and infrastructure activities. David Trendle, the current Finance Director, will be leaving the Board on 31March 2007. He has agreed to assist the Group until the end of April to coverthe announcement of the second interim results for the 12 months ended 31January 2007.
