New Funding Facility

Energy Assets Group plc (LSE: EAS.L), the largest independent provider of industrial and commercial (I&C) gas metering services in the UK1, is pleased to announce a new £5m revolving credit facility with Santander to provide additional finance to support the continued growth of the business. 

Drawdowns will be available at any time over a three year period and interest will be charged at competitive market rates. Capital repayments will be made in each of the three years with a bullet repayment at the end of the period.

When added to existing facilities with other banking partners Lombard North Central and Bank of Scotland, this new facility will provide the Group with available facilities and cash at bank totalling £44m.
