2015 Annual Report and Accounts

Energy Assets Group plc (LSE: EAS.L), the largest independent provider of industrial and commercial (I&C) gas metering services in the UK1 and a major provider of utility infrastructure services and electricity metering and data services, today announces that copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.energyassets.co.uk.

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015;

· Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 1 September 2015 at 9.30am; and

· Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting. 

These documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection on its website at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

A condensed set of Energy Assets' financial statements was included in the preliminary results announcement released on 9 June 2015 (see http://www.energyassets.co.uk/eag-news-docs).
