Energy Assets Group plc (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

Energy Assets Group plc announces that, on 20 December 2012, the following individual, who is classified as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), has been granted nil cost share options over the Company's ordinary shares through an employee share scheme.

The above options have no exercise price and will vest two years from the date of the grant so long as the individual remains in employment with the Company for the entire vesting period. If the individual leaves within the vesting period, the options will only vest if departure is for a permitted reason as defined by the scheme rules.

Once vested the options must be exercised before the tenth anniversary of the grant date.

The options will be satisfied with existing shares only, sourced from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.

Mr Cameron joined the Company on 23 July 2012 and did not hold any shares or share options prior to this grant of share options.
