New business established

EARNZ (AIM:EARN), an energy services company whose objective is to capitalise on the drive for global decarbonisation, is pleased to announce it has established a new business, SW Assessors Limited ("SW Assessors"). This is a high-quality, customer-focused domestic assessment business, operating across the UK, initially focusing on the Midlands, Bristol, and the South West, to deliver PAS-standard assessments to private sector and social housing providers.

A strong management team has been recruited into SW Assessors, bringing over 50 years of domestic retrofit experience and a total of more than 180,000 homes assessed, installed, or inspected across the UK. Using this experience, SW Assessors will offer services to support;

- Retrofit targets in social housing;

- ECO 4 / GBIS volume requirements; and

- Energy Performance Certificates ("EPC").

Bob Holt, Executive Chairman of EARNZ, said: "This is an exciting next step in our strategy. SW Assessors will work with our existing businesses to enhance the Group's offering as well as developing its own customer base. This division of the Group provides another high growth area to our growing portfolio of businesses."
