Lawrence PLC13 October 2006 Lawrence plc (the "Company") Statement re possible disposal of Agil Following today's comment in the press, the Board announces that it is engagedin detailed discussions with Kiotech International plc that may or may not tolead to the disposal of the Company's animal feed additives division, Agil. The Board anticipates that the expected proceeds of the disposal would, shouldit proceed, be used to accelerate the programme of registrations with ECO AnimalHealth.
