ECO Animal Health Group plc ("ECO" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today by the following Directors/PDMRs of the Company of the exercise and subsequent sale of 25,310 options, all at a price of £4.40 at various costs per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), being Ordinary Shares granted as approved share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme. The Company was also notified of the sale of 24,311 treasury shares at a price of £4.40 at various costs.
