Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today by the following Directors/PDMRs of the Company of the exercise and subsequent sale of the same number yesterday, all at a price of £4.185, of 58,950 options at various costs per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), being 45,000 Ordinary Shares granted as unapproved share options under the Company’s Employee Share Option Scheme and 13,950 Ordinary Shares granted as approved share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
