The Company was notified on Friday 16 December by the following Directors of the Company of the exercise and subsequent sale of 155,000 options, all at a price of £5.00, at £1.96 per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), being Ordinary Shares granted as unapproved share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
