Issue of Share Options
ECO Animal Health Group plc
(“ECO” or the “Company”)

The Company announces that on 9th October 2013, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming General Meeting to be held on the 22nd October 2013 in respect of the issue of 7,053,385 new ordinary shares of 5p further to our announcement on the 3rd October 2013 “Issue of Equity”, the Board has granted new options to certain Directors of the Company under the Company’s executive share option scheme. The options will vest on 9th October 2016 and have been granted as follows:

As previously disclosed on the 3rd October 2013 following the General Meeting, certain directors of the Company have exercised options over ordinary shares in the company at a price of between 109p and 161p, and will sell these shares at the Placing Price. Peter Lawrence will acquire 105,263 of these new ordinary shares at the Placing Price. His total holding in the Company following this acquisition will be 18.22%.
As announced previously, the Directors’ shareholdings following the exercise and sale are set out below.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares the Company’s total issued share capital with voting rights and which is admitted to trading on AIM will consist of 62,429,321 ordinary shares of 5p each, with one voting right per share.
